[ As Ølluminati / SPYBREW French Revolution ].Murky matt medium yellow - amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity yeast, butterscotch, grain - wheat, sweet malt, sweet yeast, belgium yeast - saison yeast. Draught at KØ18. Fruity aroma. Cloudy get amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is citric and slightly watery. Low bitterness. Not yeasty or funky, but well-balanced.

Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, little fruit, herbal, coconut. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. Not a big fan of coconut, but this is not as bad as feared from the name. 150917
