Bottle from the brewpub. Pours hazy very dark brown with stable tan head. Clear aroma of malt and barrel,mwith notes of yeast and touches of chocolate and leafy hints. Bitter, roasty and leafy flavour with notes of barrel and touches of malt and chocolate and yeast. Barrellike and roasty aftertaste with notes of yeast. Warming alcohol presence. Good, really good, although the barrel notes are a bit too heavy for my liking.

Bottle from the brewpub. Pours hazy amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with touches of yeast and flowers and hints of caramel. Sweetish flavour of malt and fruit, with notes of yeast and caramel and bitter touches of hops. Bitterish and estery aftertaste with malty touches and fruity hints. Warming alcohol presence. Decent work, Ølluminati. Keep brewing!

Bottle, 10%. Distinct fat Belgian yeast aroma. Hazy amber colour. Unstable frothy white head. The flavour is nicely sweet to begin with. Fruity middle with a very spicy yeast. Nicely rough finish with a bubble sweetness, citric note, rough bitterness. Caramelly aftertaste. Does not taste 10 percent to me.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with estery notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with grassy and estery notes and touches of yeast. Lingering, bitter aftertaste. Unpretentious, clean and quite enjoyable.

Sweetish flavour of peach and yeast, with bitter notes of hops and touches of grass and malt. Hoppy and peachy aftertaste with estery touches. Very peachy but quite nice.

Bitter, roasty flavour with sweetish touches of yeast and malt and hints of smoke. Bitter and mildly smoky aftertaste. Decent, but more like a smoked porter than a pure smoked.

Draught @ the brewpub.Pours hazy orangeish amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with touches of caramel and hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of caramel malt and bread and mild acidic touches. Estery and malty aftertaste with acidic hints. Reasonable, although I am not a huge fan of Irish red ale.

Bitter, hoppy flavour with estery notes and touches of malt and citrus. Bitter and estery aftertaste woth honts of malt and bread. Reasonable bit the bready nuances are a bit out of place IMHO.
