We´re a Greenlandic/Icelandic owned brewery with an American as head brewer and German as assistant brewer. Our main goal is to provide Greenland and the world with quality (locally) brewed beer and build up the knowledge in the country so they can learn how they can use their wonderful pure water.

Bottle @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. Black, light tan head. Roasted aroma, a little coffee. Bitter roasted flavour, light choc and coffee and a light roasted sourish note. A little thin perhaps.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, straw, malt and hops. Sweet and malty with a grassy bitter finish.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Hazy amber, rich firm head.Dusty fruity nose. Mid dry with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Chalk and caramel, some toast. Mildly bitte finish.

ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium to light amber yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, caramel, sweet malt, light fruity - berry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, sweet malt, malty, hay, light fruity - berries.
