750 bottle from santa - cloudy, yet sparkling, champagne-like body, with smallish, fizzy head - semi-tart aroma of overripe apples, skins, cores and all (I can almost smell the over-sweet brown spots on them) - the flavor is very much like eating a fresh apple - light acidity at first, followed by medium sweet, earthy apple flavor (duh), followed again by a nearly mouth-puckering tartness - the finish has some lingering acidity, apple skins and seeds - I like my ciders a bit on the dry side, and this one is more for the sweet cider lover, but I still think it’s quite nice.

Sweet flavor, with little alcohol taste. Of all the ciders I have had, this one is the best.
