Bottle shared. Clear golden. Sweet and slight sour apple, soft caramel, apple pie, soft apricot. Over medium sweet and under medium sour. Almost full bodied, under medium dry. Not bad.

Bottle. Clear light golden. Sweet and sour apple, fresh oak, vanilla, apple pie, quite leathery. Medium sweet and sour. Medium bodied, quite tannof and dry. Interesting cider. Quite different, though not amazing.

0.75 l bottle from local 'HIT', bottled in 2019. Clear, golden amber with a thin, fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, a little sourish, gently fruity aroma of apple juice with a touch of wood. Gently sweet, a little sourish, quite fruity taste of apple juice and hints of wood, followed by a short, minimally tart and just a bit fry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. How is this called 'brut'? It tastes mainly like apple juice, way too sweet for the style. Still drinkable, of course, as apple juice is.

Shared 750 ml bottle, from Skjold Burne Hjørring. ABV is 5%. Golden colour, shortlived white head. Aroma of dust and apples. The flavour is better, refreshing apple character, dry.

Igjen er vi samlet til aktiv rusomsorg, RBHD-kveld på Bjørnøy jan-20: 0,75 flaske fra seremonimesterens importkoffert, med champagnekork og tilhørende lydeffekt. Klar gylden med fint skum som faktisk varer. Deilig eplearoma og -smak, halvtørr og smaksrik. Utpreget mersmak, og det sier litt ettersom jeg vanligvis ikke er særlig begeistret for cider.

Bottle. Pours clear golden. Aroma is green apples, peel. Suepr cidery. Body is medium, acidic, tart, lots of carbonation. Lots of green apples, mealy. Good!

[ As Bellot Cidre de Cru Doux ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, sugary apples, apple pie. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, sweet apples, apple pie, red apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180601] 6-2-6-3-13
