Description
The Wild Beer Co was born in 2012 out of a love of fermentation, barrel-ageing and most importantly, flavour. We believe exceptional brewing stems from imagination and passion. Our beers are brewed using modern creative techniques and ingredients while producing some of the world’s oldest beer styles guaranteed to give you a memorable drinking experience.
Curious bought Wild Beer Co out of administration in a deal that involved the beer brands and intellectual property of Wild Beer Co, but not its Somerset-based brewery production facilities. The Curious and Wild Beer Co businesses were transfered into the hands of St Peter’s in 2023.

Can that Mum gave me (from Morrisons) - cheers Mum! Hazy orangey-gold with a white head. Pineapple, lemon and a little grape. Mild flavours, but a lovely crisp refreshing finish. A decent summer refresher - really liked the crispness.

Can on the train from Waitrose in King's Cross. No idea what it looks like, but it tastes good. Plenty of body and a certain spikiness. Ideal for the hottest day of the year.

Old review from Feb 2017 - A 330ml bottle from Love Wines in Jersey. It pours a hazy straw colour with short lived fizzy white head. Aromas are mildly rauchy pale malt, smoke, tart citrus & yeast. Taste is orange & smoke with tart fruit, sea salt, citrus, apricot & mild yeast present. Aftertaste is light sourness with a prickly dry light bitter finish.
