Bottle at a tasting. Thanks Zvika. Clear golden with a bit of quickly-dissipating white foam. Musty aroma of green apples with oak, barnyard and sweaty hints. Sweetish green apple flavor, honey-ish notes, some wood and light acidic hints. Medium-bodied.

at a tasting, thanks Zvikar, light frothy head with big bubles, light yellow colour with lots of carbonation, aroma of saddle leather, wet towel and mustard and some apple, flavour of ripe apples but not to sweet with an akward bitterness. Fair.

At a tasting, as "cidre bouche brut", thanks zvikar, small head that dissapears quite quickly, a touch hazy yellow colour, dominant yeasty nose with notes of mud, leather and compost, weak sweetness tasting of overipe apples and also something lactic. A nice rustic cider that is a touch coarse.

0.75L bottle, small head with medium carbonation, crystal clear pale yellow colour straw like, distinct aroma of pears with maybe a mineral touch, flavours of ripe pears balanced by a strong piercing acidity which lasts and lasts almost forever, not very complex but quite balanced and refreshing.

Bottle. Fizzy pale golden color with some white foam that disappears immediately after I stop pouring. Fresh pears aroma with some greeen apple peels notes. Sweet and slightly tart pears in the flavor. Light- bodied. Not bad.
