Cask@GBBF2011 (Oliver’s Sweetheart Sweet Cider, 6.7 %). Pale yellow colour, small head. Aroma is apples, some mild vinegary notes as well. Flavour is fruits, apples, some mild yeast and mild alcohol as well.

Plastic barrel at Gbbf 20vignon blanc to be honest. Tasty thiugh and I do like the white wine flavours. Good acidity on finish. Enjoyable. 11. Greenish gold. More like a semillon or a sau. This rating needs sorting out later.
