(Draught at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, London, 24 May 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of bread, citrus and herbal hops. Malty taste with bread, grain, citrus and a gentle herbal bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well balanced pilsener. Quite nice.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, straw, pale malt, earthy hops, light to moderate hoppy, grass, damp stain - fusty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, grain, grass, pale malt, damp stain - fusty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220807]

Keg at LCBF 2022. Pours clear pale straw yellow with a white cap. Bready malts aroma, on the taste it's light to moderate sweet, bread, digestive biscuit, some grassy bitterness on the finish. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Cracking!

Keg @ Pillars Brewery, Walthamstow. Hazed golden-amber with a creamy head. It’s a sweetened lager style brew, with a carbonation evident in taste, which isn’t on show. Marzipan is light in taste.
