Cask @ The Bar, Deal. Clear pale gold with a decent apple taste, becoming a more bitter in its finish.

Bladder box at Smugglers Cafe, Deal, 04/02/22. Clear golden with a decent lasting white head as it goes for a cider than eventually veers to edgework. Nose is crisp apple, straw, light funk, orchard wood. Taste comprises apple core, tannins, apple pie bitter sweetness, straw. Medium bodied , moderate carbonation,  dry in the close. Decent.

BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Slightly hazy golden amber colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of pear, apple, fruity, spice. Taste is sweetish, pear, fruity, apple core, some tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

30/7/2021. From BIAB at the Redoubt Beer Festival, Harwich. Pours clear pale amber with minimal head. Aroma of rich pear, baked apple, brown sugar, light spice and toffee. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, slight oily and watery texture, flat carbonation.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Hazy yellow colour, fizzy foamy white head that dissipates to a thin rim, and taste is pulpy apple, fruity, strawberry, caramel hint. Taste is slightly tart, fruity apple, juicy, with strawberry & caramel notes, and citric aciity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

8/4/2021. Can from LowCostBeer.com. 5.7% abv. Pours clear bright gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, caramel, touch of funky barnyard developing. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, light carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Moderate sweetness with nice fruity tangy bitter/tart combo. Moderate body, a touch watery, average carbonation. Crisp drying tart slightly acidic finish. Liked it.

330ml bottle – Pours a clear sparking gold colour with a small white head that settled. The aroma is apples with some light tannin notes. A medium sweet taste, sweet desert and tart apple flavours, some woody tannins and quite a dry finish. Decent.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Sparkling, pale yellow golden colour, big foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple flesh, caramel. Taste is tart, apple, fleshy, some pulp, fruity, with yeasty notes, caramel hints and some citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying tart finish. Nicely drinkable.
