Cask @ Hop In Beer and Gin House, Brecon. Pours clear amber, no real head to speak of. Aroma is herbal, nettley. Taste is fruity, leafy, bitter, herbal, nutty malts.. thin watery body.. borderline whether it's on the turn, or just not very good. I'm leaning towards the latter.

Keg @ Grey Trees National Tap, Aberdare. Clear gold appearance, well-appointed white head. After being told the Grey Trees Valley Cider was a re-badged cider from a large cider producer, I kind of expected this Valley Pilsner to be a re-badged pils. Didn't ask, though I wish I had. It tastes clean, crisp with an appealing sweetness. Very well presented. Hard to really form a solid opinion with the lingering doubt this is made elsewhere. Scored objectively.

Cask @ Grey Tree's National Tap, Aberdare after a day of throwing myself down a hillside at Bike Park Wales. Clear golden copper appearance, white collar atop. Gently sweet malt nose. Taste presents a medium-bodied, lightly sweet bitter. Oily caramel, floral hints, sweet malt, relatively light bodied. Fine.

Cask @ Redwillow Tap, Buxton. Pours Golden with a White head. Toffee and dried fruit. A bit of marmelade. Dry finish. Smooth. Quaffer. Good condition

(Cask at White Horse, Parson's Green, London, 28 July 2019) Amber colour with creamy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with apricots, orange peel, resin and hints of toast. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried apricots, orange peel, pine needles, citrus and a balanced citric bitterness. Light body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Hand-pulled pint at The Pheasant Inn, Wellington Shropshire on 6th Oct 2019, my first beer on a Sunday lunchtime crawl (and the only new rate, I think). Poured a clear golden beer, white foaming blanket on top. Bitter tasting with a citrus bite in both the nose and taste. OK, but nothing to get excited about.

24th July 2019, Shrewsbury CAMRA Beer Festival in St Mary's Church. Cask. Slight haze to the light golden body, white top. The Mosaic hops did their thing, so plenty of citrus and piney notes in both the nose and taste. Not a big fan of 'single hop' beers but this was fine.

Cask @ Shrewsbury Real Ale Festival 2019, St Mary's Church. Pours clear amber, frothy off-white topping. Aroma has gentle caramel malt. Medium / light body, gently sweet malt, gentle hoppy presence, nice easy-going ESB.
