BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Golden oramgey colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruit, iodine hint. Taste is sweet, tangy, appley, tart, fruity, iodine note, acetic funk, with some tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tart tannic finish. Quite drinkable

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orange golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, appley, fruits, with some funk and bittersharp tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

6/8/2025. From BIAB at GBBF 2025. Rich apple, petroleum, funky, caramel, citric aroma. Medium sweet. Dry tangy finish. Hint of ripe banana. Likeable.

5.5% BiB. Hazy yellow gold with a bubbly white head. Moderately sweet apple juice with a touch of acidity, just a hint of fruit on the nose.

1/9/2022. BIAB serving shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is funky, mucky, apple, straw, vanilla, touch of citrus. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily, spritzy carbonation. Dry, woody, tannic finish.

BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, oak, vanilla. Taste is fruity apple, vanilla, oak with alittle funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry mellow tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
