Med-full body, med-light carbo, small bubbles. High roasty bitter, low sweet, pretty dry. Lots of coffee, nice fresh impression, med-light cocoa, ashy. Very good.

Tap at Down Under. Thin bod, high carbo. Med-high sourness, lacto-citric. Light sweet, tart. Lots of lemon and lime, light coriander, light clovey phenolics. Drinkable, good, actually beery too. Nice.

Tap at Down Under. Thin body, med carbo. I guess it works to make it as drinkable ap. But in the end it is a bit dull, watery. Med bitter, low sweet. Barely medium hops, mix grassy, general citruses, light earthy. Feels old. Goodish, not greatish tho.

Tap at Down Under. Thinnish body, med-high carbo. Med-high sour, mostly clean lacto, combo with fruit tho. Med-light sweet. Lots of sour cherry, medium clovey almost weizenish phenols, light banana too, a bit of general fruitiness. Interesting. Good.

Tap at Down Under. Thin body, bit watery. Med carbo. Med sweetness, light sourness. Lots of mojito flavour, no beeriness. Good, tasty, clean, just a bit like whatever.

0.75l bottle from the brewpub, shared with a buncha people at Sibeeria Taproom's 2nd anniversary. Lightly hazy golden body, lasting thick off-white head. Orange candy, citric, malty, lightly herbal notes, bit heavier, slightly stale. The sweetish taste is lightly oxidized as well - caramel, orange, light mango, herbal touches, odd light bitterish finish. Not one of Raven's winners, but for a great cause!
