Bottled, at TEJA-tasting Hazy golden, mid sized head. Aroma of apricot and pineapple. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Crackery malt, piney apricot, honeydew and white pepper. Warming finish. Interesting.

Tap at Opapa, thx Imro! Bit hazy yellow-golden body, off-white head. White grape, borderline rubbery in the aroma, bit honeyish. Grainy, soft, white grape and honey in the aroma, light particles by the finish. Okay.

Bottled 750ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren. Black coloured, medium sized brownish head, ground coffee in the nose. Roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, light caramel and rather bitter roasty finish.

0.75 l bottle thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Dark brown to black, unclear and slightly sticky. Small beige head. Aroma is fresh espresso coffee, nutty, caramely, toffee, peanut. Hint of dark fruit. Underneath roasty and burnt toast note. Balanced, rich and pleasant. Smooth, light to medium body. Intense roasty, burnt and highly roasted coffee. Astringent. Very earthy and dry. Unfortunately not the freshest bottle, but thanks for this one anyway. One of the potentially better examples of a difficult style.

Tap at Polepšovna. Paaaaale buy a bit hazy golden body off-white head. Fresh berry-honey-watermelon aroma. Medium-light body, floral, low honey, some melon touches, herbal somewhat, bitterish. Decent pale ale.

Thinnish bod, med-light carbo. Very dry, highish bitter, lots of ashy and coffee roast intertwined. Subtle coffee fruitiness, berries, also intertwined with light esters. Overall cleanly made, good coffee beer. Not my fav, but nice nevertheless.

Ein Geschenk von kolemkoukolem, das mir wirklich viel Freude bereitete 🤩
Auch wenn mein Exemplar durch meine nicht ganz sachgerechte Lagerung einen leicht muffigen Touch hatte, so konnten mich die Aromen nach Schwarzbrot 🥨 und Sonnenblumenkernen sehr erfreuen.
Der Hopfen gab dem ganzen einen erfrischend harzigen Hintergrund, der mir gut gefiel.
Einzig der etwas holprige Abgang machte es mir etwas schwer.
Aber auf jeden Fall ein tolles Bier 🍺 mit einer tollen Aufmachung 🪖.

Tap at the Raven City Pub for Fil's 50th b-day party (thus the pun). And what a party it was... Fil deserves all those great people around him more often! Anyway, the beer - its pun being dead obvious. Hazy brown body, off-white head. Woody, malty aroma, dryish. Woody, toasty maltiness dominates the smooth, bit yeasty and creamy body with a good bitter finish. Maybe a bit young, if it settles well it might be even better, but it's a fun take!

Tap at Brūstok 2026 with the Prague tasting crew. Hazy golden body, thick white head. That's where normalcy stops. The sauerkraut kicks off the aroma, bit subdued and lightly salty at firms, enormous as it warms. Sauerkraut and salt, fresh I guess, dominate the taste. Which is cabbagey and salty, and sour. It is exactly what it is. A good question is why?! But hell, I've loved crazier stuff than this. 5/5 if rated "to style". Thankfully it's not a style.
