On tap at Smelteverket, Oslo. Hazy pale yellow with a lasting white head. Fruity and somewhat floral and spicy aroma with mild banana, some clove and hints of citrus. Moderate sweet woth nice fruity flavours and a pleasant acidity. Nice and refreshing!

On tap @ Kick. Slightly unclear reddish amber body with a medium sized lacing tan head. Aroma is fruity but dominated by malt. Flavor is also dominated by sweet malt, but also caramel, toffee, dry fruit, grapefruit and quite bitter. Full bodied with a sweet and bitter aftertaste. Quite robust this one, perhaps a bit too sweet after a while.

On tap at Kick. A hazy amber colored beer with a dense, beige head leaving nice curtains. The aroma has a solid malty backbone, with piney, resiny hops. Some tropical fruits. It’s full bodied and soft on the palate, quite dry and pleasantly carbonated. Lots of malts in the back of the flavor, with piney, resiny hops up front. Perhaps too much bitterness, but I can handle it. Lasting finish. Far from bad this one, but I’d prefer more citrus in both aroma and flavor. Won’t mind another one though. 150219

Lovely clear amber color with a big tan head that last for a while. Solid lacing down the glass. Nice aroma with some toffee, fruity, hoppy and mild coffee. Medium + body. Fine balance between sweetness and bitterness. Average to soft carbonation. A bit oily texture. Smooth and tasty flavor. Fruity, citric hoppy, toffee and some coffee. Lovely evening sipper.

On tap at Smelteverket, Oslo. Almost clear golden with a white head. Oooh - nice chili! Smells a little bit like some kind of green chili I’ve tried some time. Somewhat fruity aroma with notes of fresh chili and yeast. Moderate to medium sweet with rather mild fruity flavours and an increasingly warming chili bite. Nice! In a way glad that I ordered 20cl and not bigger and also that I’m not eating spicy food with it not that it’s so spicy, but I just love the way the chili burn builds up. Lovely beer!

Oh my goodness. Chilimania. Hazy golden color with a fine white head. Herbal and spicy aroma. Nice body and a fine carbonation. Moderate sweet and an ok bitterness. It was not easy to detect many flavors in this beer. Rather HEAVY chiliburn. Well it was not so heavy that it was undrinkable. Quite pleasant. But very dominting. So if you do not like chili. Buy another beer.

Flaske 500ml - batch 30 - spandert av Rune. Delt med ham og Skinnyviking på Nerstranda 14 Jan 15. Mørk rødbrun. Lavt skum. Filmskum. Aroma av karamell & litt krydder. Smaken har hint av karamell - men veldig tynn. Anonymt helhtsinntrykk.

Big offwhite lasting head. Yellow body with light carbonation. Resiny wooden funky aroma, kind of faint, with herbal floral notes. Dryish resiny floral wooden taste with funky spicy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel, kind of fizzy. Dryish funky banana aftertaste with resiny wooden notes. Some salt lingers. Interesting and full of flavour. (0.5l bottle, from Meny Oslo City.
