Well folks, it is the end of an era. With our lease due early next year and the rising cost of production we have been pondering our future. As luck would have it someone has come along and offered to buy us out. We have decided to take up their offer so over the next few weeks the brewery kit will be moving to West Wales.

440ml can from Bottle & Barrel, Aberystwyth. Pours a murky deep gold colour, large frothy white head. Dank tropics on the nose. Continues to taste, lovely smooth dank character with some pleasant exotic fruit coming through. Light bitterness, a touch murky and perhaps creamy at times, could do with a little more hop definition but decent overall.

Can from Stori. Appearance - cloudy yellow with a thin off-white head. Nose - orange, pine and something earthy that might be beetroot. Taste - blood orange, grapefruit, pine and again that earthy potentially beetroot thing. Palate - tangy and medium bodied, dry, earthy finish. Overall - the beetroot is weird and comes late on the palate. However, I enjoyed this one.

Can from Stori. Appearance - pale yellow and hazy with a snow white head. Nose - sweetcorn, malt bag and just a hint of lemon. Taste - some malt and hop bitterness with more malt bag notes. Palate - light bodied, creamy texture. Dry finish but could be more dry and fresh. Overall - needs more bitterness really, but apart from that...
