Well folks, it is the end of an era. With our lease due early next year and the rising cost of production we have been pondering our future. As luck would have it someone has come along and offered to buy us out. We have decided to take up their offer so over the next few weeks the brewery kit will be moving to West Wales.

Monday, 1st April 2024; Monthly gathering in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Five guys with beers to share and stories to tell. Cheers Mat for this 440ml can and reaching 1,000 Welsh rates. Black bodied, tanned head, boozy and nice. Some vanilla and chocolate moments with just a shade of whiskey in the background.

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, April 24. Brought by me in celebration of my 1000th Welsh beer. Pours dark with a tan head. A nicely balanced imperial stout, chocolatey moments, not massively treacley, modest vanilla, nice stout overall.
