Well folks, it is the end of an era. With our lease due early next year and the rising cost of production we have been pondering our future. As luck would have it someone has come along and offered to buy us out. We have decided to take up their offer so over the next few weeks the brewery kit will be moving to West Wales.

Cask at Hops, Crewe. Pours a golden amber with a small off-white head. The aroma is full of juicy fruits – oranges in particular. In the mouth it is sweet, smooth and clean. Flavour has fresh hops and barley sugar sweets, with just a hint of spicyness. Finish is slightly dry. Really nice and refreshing without losing the bitterness,
