Can thank to Jack! Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges slowly. Aroma has a decent amount of straw and light grain with a touch of grass and a bit of hay backing. Flavor has light bread and sweet grains with a bit of straw and hay backing.

16oz can from Tavour. Near black pour with a paper thin beige head. Dark roasty malt aroma with a sweet edge. Taste is bitter, sweet, roasty, coffee, dark chocolate. Dry finish with a lingering bitterness. Right on style.

Pours a nice clear golden amber from a can. Rich citrus and pine aromas and flavors. Very well-balanced, a return to a "classic" IPA. Very good beer.

Fairly hazy rich orange, peach and light copper colorued body with a thinnish, two centimetre tall soapy tan head that leaves an ugly lace on the sides. Aroma of citrus fruit, honey, flowers, grass and a noticeable hit of alcohol and malt. Medium-bodied; Fairly rich malt backbone with some biscuits and clean yeast notes showing first, but a light herbal and floral component shows toward the end, with noticeable bitterness from the alpha acids in the hops. Aftertaste shows a dry and grassy finish with a good, fairly mild level of the citrus fruits and bitterness cutting through the pretty easy-drinking, smooth malts, with only a sliver of alcohol noticeable and perhaps more sweetness of wheatie malts around than anything else, including hops! Overall, a pretty nice beer that has some relatively mild New Englnad IPA profile aspects, but a smooth, easy-drinking characteristic, including honey, sweetness and wheatie malts. Nice to sample very fresh from New York, but down here in Washington. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Bryant Park), New York on 02-May-2021 for US$3,99, canned on 21-February-2021 'Do As I Say', sampled at my house here in Washington on 25-May-2021.

Can (no date) pour from Andover Classic Wines. It's an opaque light brown with no sparkle, finger-plus width white fluffy head with excellent retention and spotty lacing. Aroma is fruit and grains. Taste is moderately strong nonspecific fruit with strong grain balance. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with soft, fluffy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, impossible to know the age of this and whether hops have deteriorated a bit. Fruit could be stronger and more identifiable. OK.
