Bottle in Seoul. Nice floral nose. The beer starts mild, slightly bitter fresh. The hops are not too intense floral, more bitter. Fresh and mild bitter grainy with a floral bitter aftertaste. Nice but not too intense fresh floral.

Taster at Mikkeller Seoul. Pours amber with little head. Good smell of wheat, and the flavour is that of a classic wheat beer, with perhaps a more bitter finish than you’d expect. It’s a good beer but it’s not pushing any boundaries even a little.

Taster at Mikkeller Seoul. Very pale and cloudy, with a hoppy nose. Plenty of hops in the flavour too, with a really nice citrus note.

I believe this was brewed at Ka-Brew and just the Raspberry Stout is brewed at their new brewery in Pangyo so far. On tap at The Booth Gyunglidan. Booth bills pale ale pours a deer orange copper with w thick creamy beige head. Damn knocked it over! The nose is a fruity prickly pine. Medium bodied with a dry finish. The taste is piney graham crackers with a mild fruity piney hoppiness. Solid.

Raspberry stout 6000 won on tap at The Booth Haeundae, contract brewed by them. Deep black with a roasted oats & chocolate aroma with hints of raspberry. Medium bodied with a sharp carbonation. The taste is somewhat acrid black patent malt, some lactose like sweet chocolate and just a bit of raspberry sweetness in the finish. They claimed not to know where it was brewed... As it warms the tart raspberry comes through more as does a chocolate sweetness but it is still a tad too acrid for me.

A hazed murky amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, classic. In mouth, a decent pale ale with biscuit malt, floral resinous hops, very classic. On tap at The Booth, Itaewon.
