Description
Commenced Brewing in 2011. Owned and run by Vale Brewery. Brewing ceased in 2020 when Vale closed the brewhouse and moved production to their own plant. Brewing recommenced in 2024 with the Aylesbury name continuing to be a sub brand of Vale.

Cask @ Egham BF XV. Pours a dark ruby black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty caramel and chocolate aroma. Roasted malty caramel and weak chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel finish.

Cask gravity @ Egham BF XV. Pours a slightly hazy amber reddish color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy finish.

Cask, gravity at Vale Brewery Open Day, Brill, Bucks, Saturday 7th September 2013 Pours mid gold, excellent clarity, looks great. Tangy, fruity, bit dry. A little sweeter than the Ikuru Mizu which I tried alongside. Nice hoppy barbs, tart, tangy. Great beer. A6 A5 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Cask, gravity at Vale Brewery Open Day, Brill, Bucks, Saturday 7th September 2013 Pours beautiful crystal clear straw/light gold. Crisp, hoppy, wonderful bitterness, touch of lemon, bit furry across roof of the mouth. Finish is dry with a lingering bitterness, sweet at edges. Cracking low gravity beer. A6 A5 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Gravity dispense at EBF XV, 09/08/13. Clear golden with a thin bubbly off white head. Nose is toasted malts, light grass, citrus. Taste carries a little more depth, caramel malt light, hint of smoke, citrus fruit, bitter orange, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish with a touch of bitterness. Ok GB affair.

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy. Sweet, toasted malty and herbal. Bitter and dry into the finish. Light toasted malty.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ Craig and Fin Sneak up in the middle of the NIGHT and drink all fonefans beer ].[ Courtesy of Fin & Loz ]. ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, hay, straw, herbs, light to moderate yeasty, sweet earthy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, herbs, sweet malt, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130519]

Cask at EBF XV, 08/08/13. Dark mahogony brown with a good sized light tan head. Nose is toffee, dark frutis, light roast. Taste comprises light roast, porridge with melty chocolate, dark fruit. Medium bodie, soft carbonatn, dry finish. Ok stout - not setting my world alight though!
