Cask at St Albans Beer & Cider Festival, St Albans, Herts. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium off white/beige head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate, coffee aroma & taste. Not too much happening here, but it's OK.

Cask at the Falcon (JDW), Wycombe. Mahogany-black with a beige head. Beautifully smooth, rich and chocolatey with a pleasant roasty note to balance. Maybe on the sweet side, but worked very well for my final beer of the night. Yum!
