Dark pour. Can at Henry’s. Frothy head. Nose is herbal and chocolate. Tastes of hoppy pine, herbal, chocolate, earthy, and dust. Medium bodied.

6th Sep 2019, keg half-pint in Bittles Bar, Belfast. Pours a cloudy Raspberry red, wispy topping. As the name suggests, this is a sour Raspberry flavoured beer, not too sure where the Blueberry's went?

Bottle from Garsons Farm Shop. Aroma of coffee and berries. Some liqourice. Dark and glossy if thin looking. The bubbly beige head is short-lived. Medium bitter - coffee and charcoal. Underlying dark berries. At first a creamy sweetness came through but that quickly diminished. Finishes medium-heavy bitter. Medium bodied but there is a lightness to it. Creamy. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Decent enough. Packs a punch but does feel a tad lightweight. Leaves an aftertaste.

20th Aug 2019, Shrewsbury monthly share at Chez Sophie. Cheers to me for bringing this 500ml bottle (BBE May 2020). Huge white head on a slightly hazed golden body. It's a grainy lager with a tad more sweetness than bitterness, OK for what it is.

500ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Aug 19. Thanks Jeremy for this garden centre find. Pours unclear gold, large frothy white head. High carbonation, gently sweet malt, grainy but generally a bit nondescript, fair bitterness, high carbonation is a bit off-putting.

Bottle from the bodega enjoyed in the hotel in an attempt to lighten my luggage for the trip home. Dark brown/black in color with a tan head that slowly recedes. Roasty but more earthy with light mineral notes. Caramel and hints of sugar with faint fruit. Decent beer.

Bottle from the Bodega in Belfast and smuggled home. Huge hiss when opened and a light skunk that dissipated almost instantly. Somewhat hazy dark yellow with a thin tightly bubbled white head. Nose and flavor hot all the right descriptors. honey like maltiness light pear and earthy spicy hops with a light Belgian note to it. Pretty impressive tripel.

Bottle from Garsons farm shop. Sugary sweet fruit aroma - reminds me of Appletize. Copper gold. Creamy white head. Light-medium bitter-sour. Zesty. Vague hints of underlying sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Some residual stickiness. Fizzy carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. Nice enough. Belgian lite.

Bottle from Garson's Farm shop. Malty aroma with some vinous hints. Dark chestnut with a red tint. Creamy light head. Light bitter. All about the malts. A streak of dark berry sourness. A hint of underlying creamy sweetness. Medium bodied. Verging on creamy mouthfeel. Fizzy carbonation. Long if low key fizzy finish. Could happily drink a few of these but it doesn't leave much of an impression.
