Black, small head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate. Taste is the same, bitter, alcohol, light sweet. Not bad.

Bottle at home. Unclear reddish color, average sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, peat, smoke, fingerpaint I used as a kid. Quite horrible. Yuk.

Bottle shared at THT January ‘19. Brown with a tan head. Aroma of malt, herbs, fruity hops, licorice and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at first THT 2019. Bit hazy reddish golden with big dark beige head. Light earthy, licorice (lots of it), dead leaves, coffee, sweet malts, soft dried berries. Over medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied.

Bottle. Color: Almost black, very thin beige head. Aroma: Roasted malt, chocolate, Bourbon and smoky hints. Taste: Roasted malt, chocolate, coffee,vanilla, Bourbon, boozy notes. Hints of nuts, dark fruit, wood and liquorice. Medium sweet, moderate to medium bitterness. Over medium body, almost no carbonation. The taste itself is ok, but this beer needs more carbonation. Very slick, flat mouthfeel. I would love to taste this beer again with a good amount of carbonation.

Bottle shared at Huppel. Bit hazy golden with small white head. Belgian yeast, white wine indeed with also some fresh white grapes, light apple, coriander seeds, bready malts, light alcohol, dried pears. Solid medium sweet and medium bitter. Over medium bodied.
