Aroma is sweetish malt, grain, straw. Flavour has a lot of malty sweetness, but some bitterness as well. Body is light. Drinkable but unremarkable sweetish Pilsener, not the way I like my Pils.

Aroma of citrus, wheats, some banana. More like a Belgian White than a Weizener. Doesn’t have much of a finish. A decent witbier, but rather thin.

Pours a clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of spicy hops, grass, somewhat flowery. Nice carbonation. Fairly refreshing.

Aroma of dark fruit, caramel, brown sugar. Flavour is sugary sweetness. It’s enjoyable enough, but too sweet and I’ve had much better dunkler bocks.

Comes in a lovely ceramic bottle. Pours a deep dark brown with a slight beige head. Aroma of malts, plum, caramel, raisin, brown sugar. Unfortunately, that sounds more complex than it is. Taste is a bit sugary. This is a nice dubbel that I wouldn’t mind drinking again some day. However, it is hardly anything special.
