Description
Hybrid is made up of James Gilbert and Rab Lee, founded in 2016 and based in Grangemouth. We use an 8 barrel kit for our core range and more mainstream offerings, and a 2.5 barrel brew plant for the more unusual and experimental.based. We brew a mix of contemporary styles alongside traditional classic recipes.

Cask at the falls of dochart inn. Pours hazy golden, nose is passionfruit, toffee, peach, taste is sweet, fruity, soft toffee.

Cask at the bow bar. Pours clear orange, nose is digestive biscuit, toffee, marzipan, light fruit, taste is similar, quite thin.

Cask at the cafe royale. Pours black, nose is roasted, coffee, burnt toffee, taste is sweet, chewy, roasted, creamy.
