Pours a hazy amber with a lacing, off-white head. Nose is phenolic, yeasty and spicy, quite some Xmas spices and spruce. Very Belgian but waaay too phenolic and messy. 221116

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a dark, opaque brown with a neat, light brown head. Aroma has some citrusy hops blending in with the roastiness. Quite complex actually. US-style Stout - very good! 221116

Flaske (takk til Monica!), hjemme: dyp, rødlig rav med fint beige skum som varer. Maltdrevet aroma og smak med karamell, urter og bær. Fin munnfylde og balanse. Lett og behagelig bitterhet med noe bærsødme i avslutningen. Rund, myk og meget lettdrikkelig.

Flaske (takk til Monica!), hjemme nov-16: lys korngylden med højt hvidt skum der varer helt til bunden af mit glas. Fizzy, så derved kommer ikke aroma og smak til sin ret før efter en stund: sød appelsin, lit blomst og honning, snev af krydder og belgisk gær. En enkel og forfriskende sommerøl der godt kan nydes hele året.
