Medium beige head doesn’t last. Clear deep dark red body with carbonation. Fruity caramel aroma with syrupy pea notes. Dryish roasty spicy taste with dark wood and caramel notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish roasty cinnamon and cardamom aftertaste with caramelly toasted sugar notes. Surprisingly nice and highly drinkable. I suspect cellaring it for nearly a year has improved it. (0.5l bottle, from Gulating Strømmen.)

[ As Bryggeri 7null4 Steinøl IPA ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, nutty notes, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, fruity hops, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, dusty hops, fruity hops, nutty notes.
