500ml bottle, batch 106, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg Tromsø. Covering fawn-coloured head to a coal black body. Fragile lacing. Dark doughy aroma slightly roasted. Dark malty flavours joined by earth and wood, hints for dark chocolate far behind. Roasted, almost burnt, malty ending. Satisfying, rather unvaried. (Tromsø 12,03,2017).

500ml bottle, batch 109, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg Tromsø. Clear dark golden body under a pearl white head leaving lacing rings down the glass. Ripe citrus and mid-sweet grain malts on the nose. Honeyed fruity taste profile sustained by herbal hops. Backdrop of citrus shells towards the ending. Medium bodied. A decent ipa version with session qualities (Tromsø 12,03,2017).

500ml bottle, batch 112, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg Tromsø. Bright amber body under a slowly diminishing off-white head. Dotted spots on the glass. Mid-sweet doughy nose alongside a citric touch. Blended taste of caramel, green apples, and a backdrop of dark fruits. Mid-sweet ending. So and so (Tromsø 12.03.2017).

500ml bottle, batch 108, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg Tromsø. Low white head, fragile lacing. Dark golden body. Mild oily hops on the nose, hints of dred fruits. Grainy caramel flavours added by dried fruits. Harsh bitter endnotes. Flat in the mouth. Accepted (Tromsø 12.03.2017).

Discreet flavours of grass, mid-sweet apples and pale malts. Short drying end. Nothing wrong, just rather tasteless (Tromsø 12.03.2017).

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Sigmund´s 24.02.17. Pale brown. Beige head. Univiting aroma of body fluids, grass and rotting malt. Not particularly good taste, with harsh caramel and medium dark malt.

Shared 500 ml bottle at local tasting. Hazy reddish brown colour, off-white head. Very moderate aroma, notes of wet basement and dust, a hint of medium roast malts. Tolerably malty flavour, but on the dry side. Medium roast malts, slightly metallic finish.

Flaske delt på RBHD-treff hos Sigmund feb-17: lett uklar brunlig rav med kort skum. Aroma og smak av mørk karamell, et par overmodne bjørnebær, jordtoner og uluftet kjeller. Flat, metallisk og uinteressant ettersmak, selv om karboneringen er fin.
