330ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden to amber colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and fruit acidic, minimally tangy aroma, notes of raspberry, minimally mineral and pale malty background. Taste is tart, fruity, slightly tangy, salty, minimally diluted hints of raspberry, pale malty basis. Watery texture, slightly astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Restrained fruitiness, light, fairly refreshing - OK.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 31.12.2028) im 2024-05 getrunken. Diese Senatsbock ist dem vom Überquell trotz dem Kokosaroma doch etwas verschieden. Hier wurde angeröstete Kokosnüsse was doch neben den Schokoladen-Kaffee Aromen eine schöne Kombination bildet.

Kleine Brunnenstrasse 1: pours yellow woth white head. Aroma is pastry crust, some lemon. Taste is lightly bitter, bready, crusty, lemony.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque, deep brown with an orange hue and a creamy, beige head. Dusty, ashy coffee aroma. Medium body, quite sweet with a low carbonation. Roasty and again ashy coffee notes. Hardly any bitterness. 030524
