(Can) Pours hazy, slightly lumpy, pink amber with tiny white head. Lovely interesting aroma with mixed fruit, candy hints, and something floral. Light bodied and well carbonated. Dominant taste is the sourness, but there’s quite a lot more going on. There’s a good berry taste, some peppery notes, some notes of milky sweetness towards the finish. Unusual, refreshing, and enjoyable.

26/10/2022. Can bought at Pyrmont Cellars (Porters Liquor) Pyrmont. Enjoyed at Novotel Darling Harbour on our last night in Sydney for a while. Pours very dark brown with a frothy beige head. Aroma is mildly roasted, malty, chocolate, coffee, milk sugars, biscuit, fruit, slight soapy edge. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, smooth, average carbonation. Enjoyed this.

(Can) Pours opaque yellow golden, looking like fruit juice, with a tiny white head. Lovely aroma of a mix of fruits and pine. Medium body with lovely bright prickly carbonation. Great taste too. Refreshing and fruity with a nice hoppy bitterness right in the finish. Very enjoyable.

(Can) Pours black with a small off white head. Nice aroma of dark roast grains and dark chocolate. Hints of nuts and vanilla. Smooth, medium bodied with bright carbonation. Great taste with a good use of chocolate- it doesn’t dominate but compliments well. This is a nice rich stout with some decent bitterness and a nice taste of dark chocolate. Very drinkable.

(Can) Pours black with big tan head. Pleasant aroma primarily pine with citrus hints. I was expecting coffee but it was absent. Medium body with mouth filling carbonation and leaving a creamy feel like having eaten chocolate. Very pleasant. Taste is a clever balance of IPA hoppy bitterness and black coffee. Both are there, but we’ll balanced. There’s coffee and tangy fruit at the start, hoppy bitterness and black coffee bitterness in the finish. Very nice.
