On our organic farm ​in beautiful Somerset ​we are blessed with wonderfully clear, pure, natural spring water and amazing traditional cider orchards from which we make our delicious, sparkling Organic Fruit Pressés and ​Ciders. We grow, harvest, press and bottle our drinks making them with the finest quality organic ingredients so that every drink is delicious!

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of juicy apple, fruity. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, fruity, some barnyard hints, fleshy, core, with alittle tartness and slight drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Elston & Son online, 23/04/23. Clear golden copper with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is caramelised apple, straw, orchard wood, vinous. Taste comprises tangy apple, tannins, straw, caramel, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Bottle at home, from Elston & Son online, 23/04/23. Moderately hazed yellow with a fast collapsing white cap. Nose is crisp apple, straw, modest funk, apple skins. Taste comprises crisp apple, tannins, light farmyard, straw. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Decent refresher.

Bottle at home, from Elston & Son online, 09/04/23. Clear golden to light amber with a good sized white cap, as it goes for a cider, that settles to a swirl. Nose is crisp apple, straw, hedgerow, light sugars, caramel wafer. Taste comprises apple pulp, tannins, light sugars, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Decent enough cider.

Bottle at home, picked up from Elston & Son, 02/04/23. Almost clear golden with just off white spotting that soon clears. Nose is crisp apple, floral, light barnyard, straw. Taste comprises apple core, hedgerow, vinous tones, tannins, light sugars. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, semi drying close. Decent well balanced cider.

2/1/2023. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear pale golden with minimal head. Aroma of sweet apple, light funk, caramel, vanilla, touch mucky. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily and watery, low carbonation. Dry and sweet finish. Quite okay.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2022. Golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, funk. Taste is apple, fruity, mucky funk hint, with some acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry fruity tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

24/10/2021. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear almost colourless, just a hint of gold and minimal head. Aroma of musty apple, citrus, barnyard notes, and an edge of smoked meat. Medium sweetness, slight tartness. Moderate body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Some dryness to finish. Okay.
