Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, fruity, some barnyard hints, fleshy, core, with alittle tartness and slight drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Nose is crisp apple, straw, hedgerow, light sugars, caramel wafer. Taste comprises apple pulp, tannins, light sugars, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Decent enough cider.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival 2022. Golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, funk. Taste is apple, fruity, mucky funk hint, with some acidity and tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry fruity tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Medium sweetness, slight tartness. Moderate body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Some dryness to finish. Okay.
