Bottle: Poured a murky yellow with a white color head. Aroma is fruity, apples, berry, light vanilla, tannins. Taste is tart apples, raspberry, tangy, interesting when I thought this would be sweet.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of rhubarb, fleshy apple. Taste is sweet, rhubarb, some tart fleshy apple, with woody, floral and vegetal hints. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, finish is sweet & tart. Quite drinkable

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fleshy apple, citric, hint of toffee. Taste is tart, apple, some toffee, biscuit & ice-cream cone notes. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart biscuity finish. OK

25/9/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours clear very pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of green apple, citrus, sugary stewed rhubarb, earthy edge. Moderate sweetness, medium tartness. Moderate body, oily watery texture, soft carbonation. Nice tangy rhubarb tart finish, with a light sweet edge. Subtle sweetness, nicely done.

25/9/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of green apple, citrus, light toffee edge, less than expected. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, gentle fizz. Enjoyed the subtlety of this one.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 23/09/21. Light haze on a golden yellow pour with white spotting that veers edgeward. Nose is apple, caramel, grains, straw. Taste comprises toffee apple, sugars, dusty orchard. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a hint of acidity. So so affair ... too sweet for my liking and lacking balance.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 23/09/21. Very lightly hazed pale milky yellow with a limited head. Nose is apple peel, light sugars, hint of farmyard, damp straw. Taste comprises sharp apple, light acidity, rhubarb leaf, modest funk, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a tangy edge. Not bad.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy apple, bark , some toffee sweetness. some funk, wet dog. Palate is sour, tangy, powdery carbonation. meh,

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A clear petrol coloured pour with a small ring of white head. Aroma is woody earthy apple, white sugars, bark, some alcohol, pear. Flavour is composed of super tart rhubarb / canned pineapple, prickly funk, little sour, prickly pear, woody rhubarb. Palate is sweet and sour, prickly, highish carbonation, tangy finish.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden with bubble head. Aroma is fresh rhubarb, bit dirt, apples, some underlying tartness to the nose. Taste has that carbonation to it, apple, tannins, rhubarb, bitterness, drying in the finish.
