Cask at Pigs Ear 2016. It pours cloudy golden with a big bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, floral, green, grassy, white bread, hay and straw. The taste is dry, grassy, straw, floral, soapy citrus, white bread and some creaminess with a dry, peppery finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. A bit chewy and soapy after a bit. Not bad overall.
