On tap at Pacific Malting, pours a cloudy a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out English hops and English bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with English bready malt and balanced well with English hops. Everything you could hope for in an English hopped single hopped ale. Very nice.

On tap at Pacific Malting, pours an opaque dark reddish amber with almost no head. Aroma brings out dry tart cherries and lactic notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart and sweet cherries upfront, followed by lactic notes. Could use some tweaking, but it's well-balanced. I like this.

On tap at Pacific Malting, pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of bready malt and only a touch of resinous hops. Flavour is rather flat and dull, but clean enough, with bready malt and earthy notes. Not very interesting and rather boring. Meh.

On tap at Pacific Malting, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy yeasty notes and some caramel sweetness - smells pretty off-putting. Flavour is a bit better, with spicy and earthy hops upfront, backed by bready caramel malt. Spicy and earthy on the finish. Not what I look for in a IIPA - too yeasty, spicy and earthy. Meh.

On tap at Pacific Malting, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney and resinous hops upfront, backed by biscuity malt. Flavour is very piney in the hop department, with a bit of resin, and backed by dry biscuity malt. Pretty solidly balanced, though not especially complex. Decent IPA.

On tap at Pacific Malting, pours a deep dark brown with a reddish tinge and a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and some light fruity bready notes. Flavour is well-constructed, with toasted malt. Not much hop character at all, but it's clean and drinkable. Meh.

Draft - Pale malts. Clearish gold with a thin head. Light grains and an odd bitterness. OK for the style.
