On tap at Hunah Day. Pours an orange gold with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is oak, lemon zest, funk. Thin body, citrus, light funk, lacto, tart finish, very good.

Can. No visible source markings but probably picked up on last year’s trip. Pale yellow with a frothy white head that lingers. Aroma of straw, bananas. Faint lemony note. Taste is mildly sweet up front with more light banana notes and a sort of yeasty sweetness. Mildly dry and bitter finish. Calls itself a German style pilsener—far from it, especially from the northern style. Very little of the usual grainy bitterness to be found. Not necessarily a bad thing though. More like a cross between a wit and a helles. Interesting.

12 oz. can. Pours dark purple, with a big, foamy, pink head. Unripe berries, lime, black bread, and orange peel. A little dry and quite sour. Light, dusty, and acidic. This is an interesting and fruity sour.

Taster at the Craft Bar in Destin. Pours a hazyish, orange color, with a small, frothy, beige head. The nose is caramel, sharp ginger, lavender, sawdust, and vanilla. Sweet with some savory spice. Lightly bitter. Fun idea, and well made.

Orange and hazy with a frothy white head. Big citrus aroma. Taste is bitter with biscuity, malt undertones. Finishes dry and mildly bitter with no real sweetness. Medium body with a light warmth at the finish. Not bad.

Dark brown pour with a fleeting, foamy head. Aroma predictably full of graham crackers. But also licorice and rubbing alcohol. Taste is sweet, bordering on cloying, full of spice and fruit syrup and burnt caramel. Aftertaste goes vaguely in the direction of a Dr Pepper/Malzbier cross. Body is full, sticky, with an uneven carbonation that is annoyingly prickly at the outset. There are just too many things going wrong here. The gimmick didn’t quite work. Drinkable though.

Hazy light orange. A sticky, frothy head clings to the glass. Aroma of grapefruit and pine. Taste is bittersweet, full of caramel and resin. Nice balance of hops and malts, not exactly a fruit bomb though. Medium body. Not bad.
