BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Bright golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, slight sulphury mucky note. Taste is drying fleshy apple, citric acidity, with a sulphur note. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Ok

Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, tart - sour apples, dry, light citric. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Bag in box at Nottingham festival 2015 with chriso, Boudicca, fonefan and Charlotte. Clear golden yellow color, still. Aroma of floral apple. Taste is tart apple and citrus. Extra appearance point for the name.
