Draught @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Birrificio dell’Etna USA India Pale Ale ].Light unclear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, peach. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, peach, peel bitter, hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20151201] 7-3-7-3-15

Bottle 0.75l from local shop in Riposto. A bit cloudy, red colored. AROMA- honey, red berries, red wine. FLAVOR- semi-sweet, slightly sour, red wine, red berries, cherries. Fuller bodied, well attenuated.
Very well balanced ale. Really good.

Bottle 0.75l from Riposto, Sicily. A bit cloudy, light gold colored. AROMA- fruity, citrusy, apples, flowers, floral hop tones. FLAVOR- slightly sour, dry, smooth, citrusy, pale malt, passion fruit and peaches, spicy finish. Light to medium bodied.

Bottle 0.75l from Riposto. Lightly cloudy, slight reddish amber colored. AROMA- dry, fruity, hips, pomegranates, apricots, nuts, spicy notes. FLAVOR- quite dry, rounded, hips, fruity, malts, slight alcohol presence. Medium bodied, but a bit syrupy.
Smooth, interesting ale.

Bottle@Sicily, Italy. Vibrant yellowy coloured beer with a nice head. The aroma is fruity and citric. The flavour is spritzy and white wine like with a citrus'ness. The mouth feel is like sparking water. Overall a nice refreshing blonde beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle sample at a tasting at Mastikim. Thanks Stas. Muddy orange-brown. Yeasty aroma with fruity esters, caramel, a spicy touch and some alcohol. Sweetish flavor with yeast, graininess, a sourish hint, some fruits, caramel, spiciness, a cooked vegetables note and a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied.
