Bottle thanks to Secret Santa! Pours a clear golden amber with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has agood amount of onion with some pine and backing sweet grains. Flavor has earthy pine and earthy onion with some resin and underlying sweet grains.

Bottle shared at the DC Pre-Thanksgiving tasting. Poured an amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma was some light sweet malt, some lemon and a touch of orange notes. Caramel notes, some pine.

Bottle courtesy of Sledutah, thanks Craig! Clear golden yellow color, thick white head with good retention, solid lacing and champagne bubbles. Aroma of white pepper and bright haystacks. Taste is clean, crisp black pepper and straw, dry finish. Very nice.

Bottle. pours clear reddish amber, small tan head, decent lacing. Aroma is hoppy, pine. Flavor is medium sweet, medium plus bitter, caramel and piney herbal hops. Not getting much citrus. A bit harsh. Medium body.
