50cl bottle pours with a crystal clear gold body that supports an off white head of foam. The aroma offers up apple and pear like sweet fruity esters, saison yeasty spiciness and a light tart funky yeast sort of thing. The taste is similar with sweet fruity esters grudgingly giving up ground to some saison spiciness. It gets a tad funky with tart yeast and then it heads into sugar malt sweetness. This is too heavy and sweet but I do like the way it comes together.

bottle - Pours dark brown with a lingering tan head and lacing. It smells of toasted caramel malt and taste the same with minimal hops bitterness and a lingering toasted finish. It’s medium bodied, robust, and overall a good brown ale.
