500 mL bottle at the Park City location. A golden yellow pour with a white head. Yeasty green grape and pear, candi sugar. Flavor has yeasty bubble gum, clove, pear, candi sugar, with a nice sweetness (but not too much of it). Very, very nice.

On tap at the Park City location. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Green grape, yeasty, pear, bubble gum aromas. Flavor has yeasty green grape, pear, and some grassy/pine flavors. This works quite well.

Bottle was about 5 1/2 years old when I drank it. Pours black with a small tan head. The aroma is of dark roast malt, coffee, and chocolate. The flavor is intensely roasty with coffee, chocolate, and some soy sauce. It still has some good, balancing bitterness after all this time. It's full bodied and delicious. Don't be afraid to age this one.
