11/2/2022. Cask at the 12th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, pineapple, sweet malt, orange, peach. Heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slightly creamy, soft carbonation. Not bad though very sweet.

Cask at the Peterborough beer festival 27/08/2016. A dark mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting thin beige head. aroma is roasted malts, coffee, toasted pine, faint citrus. Flavour is semi sweet malts earthy roast faint coffee pine needle, grainy tannin. Palate is semi sweet grainy, moderate cask condition. Decent. Why would one age a black ipa.
