Cask at Peterborough Beer Fest. Deep golden. Sweet, fruity and medium bodied. Notes of minerals and melon. Powerful for it’s size. Vague late grassy bitterness.

Cask at GBBF 2006. A golden-orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light touch of sulphur - kind of boring. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of citrus, leading to a metallic hoppy, dry, and bitter finish. Not me.

Cask conditioned at the 32nd Cambridge Beer Festival (2005), gravity dispense. ABV was listed as 4.2%. Golden colour. Aroma of spices and fruits of the forest (no surprise). Flavour is slightly spicy and "forest fruity" (of course), blackberries and blackcurrants come through. Not bad at all.
