Keg at Andrew Usher’s. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Aroma of white pepper, fig and wheat. Flavour of light spices and apricot. Medium body with a frothy texture. Soft fizz. Light and spicy - it comes together very nicely.

Tap at Andrew Usher & Co. Dark brown and quite flat. Chocolate, liquorice, and a bit of marshmallow (don’t know if this is intended or just the power of suggestion). Sweet taste just short of cloying, with a spicy/hoppy bite in the finish. Body is a bit flat. All in all pretty good.

Cask at ushers. Pours hazy orange, nose is toffee, vanilla, spicy, sweet fruit, taste is dry, oak, burnt toffee, fruity, thin, banana.
