Tasting at Erik's, can
Murky blond colour. Very juicy, with a good body strength, sweet, a lot of orange peel, and quite robust bitterness for the style.
Very good.

Tap at the Hangover. Lightly spiced, quite sweet, lots of pumpkin. Quite nice though. Full on but easy to drink. As with most pumpkin beers, one is probably enough for me. --- Beer merged from original tick of Two Beers Pumpkin Spice on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:05 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8. Can. Hazy and slightly dull. Very bright and orangey hop nose, with a nice mellow bitterness. The malts are okay, but definitely good enough to provide a base for the bright hops.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aromabrings out dank, citrus hops, with biscuity malt, and some stone fruit. Flavour is vibrant, with loads of dank, citrus hops upfront, with stone fruit, and biscuity malt. Dank, citrusy and fruity finish. Great stuff.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours an opaque peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is quite chalky, with yeast and dank hops. Flavour is quite chalky and yeasty, with very bitter hops, lots of vegetal character, and biscuity malt. Very bitter and vegetal. This isn't good.

Add this to the "I can't believe I've never rated this" category. Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Very dark pour. Dark, ruby tinted black pour. Tan fizz head. I love this Winter Ale style. Dark and dense warming brew. My favorite time of year to enjoy a beer. Rich caramel malt aroma and up front flavor. Barely has a berry like character to compliment. A bit of a sharp front, but lingers really creamy. Very malty finish. That time of year to get used to these brews. Love it. Wish I had notes on all the other times I had this beer. I feel like it has changed. Really enjoyed this.

16 oz can poured. Love the can here. A cloudy, hazy, golden pour with a rocky foam head. Really interesting hop profile, and it's smooth. No real aggressive bitterness or anything. Smooth and tasty. Juicy orange like aroma, and from a distance. I love these hazy IPA's that just have a splash of cool and refreshing flavor. This one is no exception. A solid hazy worthy of the full 4 pack paired with an afternoon of playing golf or watching the full lineup of ballgames.
