Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a huge and frothy, beige head. Licorice aroma. Solid body, sweet roast and again some licorice and tobacco. Hint of vanilla. Straight and well made traditional Imperial Stout. 210223

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 30 Sep 2022) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with citrus, grapefruit and passion-fruit. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, lemon, grass and passion-fruit. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Not very complex, but tasty, tart and refreshing. Nice one.

Halmgul vätska med ett rejält tjockt skumlock som består av kritvitt finbubbligt skum. Aromer av kryddor, jäst, gräs och lite banan. Ren och söt inledning i smaken som övergår till toner av örter, gräs och banan. Lagom balanserad beska.

Notater fra a/s Nor-Horns generalforsamling i Halden jan-23. En 0,33 flaske fra den innledende harryturen til Strömstad: lett uklar kobbergylden med fint skum som varer til bunns. Aroma og smak av brød, honning, karamell og mild, søt citrus. Fruktig avslutning med god fylde og fin bitterhet. En løfterik start på møtet.

(Bottle) Golden colour with lasting, frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, citrus, honey and grass. Malty taste with bread, citrus, honey, grass and a mild herbal/floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.
