Bottle, I am sure thanks to Homer, but I no longer remember :). Pours opaque black, medium creamy tan head, dissipates fairly slowly, good lacing. Aroma is roasty mocha bourbon, nice fudge, vanilla and dark chocolate notes as well. Flavor is fairly sweet, light plus bitter, bourbon and fudgy vanilla, hints of coffee, a bit of molasses in the back. Full body and a creamy mouthfeel. This guys did a solid job at something that is harder than it seems. Kudos. Looking at earlier ratings about it being hod and boozy, I think I am glad I let this one mellow in the rot box for a year. Its pretty smooth now.
