Hazy pale tan. Spicy with dry light malt, white pepper and other light accents. Good balance to this one.

Hazy light brown. Has some sugary brown malt notes and light yeastiness. Light complexity with a yeasty accent. Pretty good stuff, for not having anything specific to recommend about it.

Golden colour. The aroma has slight liquorice. Lightly fruity, flowery, soft. Decent but needs more dryness.

Hazy amber-orange. Has a tart, barrelly aroma with a light cherry note. Earthy, barrelly taste with off-dry character. Not especially complex but I like it.

Hazy pale yellow. The aroma is a bit wheaty, overly yeasty with light spice. A little bit of yeasty funk but otherwise a doughy, wheaty brew.

Light brown. Clear. Some mellow dark sugar notes, maybe some light fruitiness. Sweet, slightly sugary-molassesy. Fairly simple. But ok - probably needs food to work better.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy tan. Inch-thick head. Slight barrelly accent. Bit of funk, almost cidery. ROCKETS!! This tastes like Rockets, now that’s a sugary fruity note in a good way. I wasn’t expecting lambic anyway. The body is actually lambicky, if you discard the lack of sour. Very refreshing - like a faro.

Deep but bright red. Very spicy cinnamon and clove aroma with sugary cherry. Spicy, cherryish - a fairly candyish quality but more interesting because of the spices.

Bottle @ brewpub. Light brown, fairly murky. Generally sweet and lightly fruity, hinting at Belgian roots. A little bit funky, then mellows into a mildly alcoholic, slightly yeasty, fruity beer with light esters. Not very effective beer.
