Description
We create everything from one-off experimental beers to a solid range of our favourite styles. There’s also a fair amount of dinosaurs (naturally) and retro video game references involved. We’re often at our Sneinton taproom, at various beer festivals, and obviously down the pub, so come and say Hi! Thank you for being on this journey with us and we hope you enjoy our beer as much as we enjoy making it!

Blik gedeeld door Roelzie. Het is een diep donkerbruin tot zwart bier met een volle bruinige schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van noten, chocolade, vanille en toffee. De smaak is vol chocolade, zoet en noot achtig.

Can 44cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Hazy pale golden colour, tall frothy white head – somewhat macropore, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma at first rather restrained, opens after a while, pale malt, grapefruit, lemon, piny hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grapefruit, apricot, pine resin. Medium body, oily texture, bone dry bittersweet aftertaste, resin, pebbles, very nice.

Keg at the Head Of Steam, Bingohame, 27/02/2025.
Moderately hazed pinkish orange topped with an off white head.
Nose is sweet, raspberry syrup, sugars.
Taste comprises much the same, sweet berry syrup, sugars.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Not great ... lacks balance ... sweet and disjointed. Thankfully the third beer in this trio was not to be seen!

Tap at Winter Affair '25. Notes are brief. A very intense tornado of peanut butter and loads of different berries. It is too sour for my liking though, hard to drink, mouth puckering. Thus fails to breach the 8-points mark.

Tap at Winter Affair '25. Notes are brief. Lots of juicy fruitiness, classic NEIPA feeling. Lots of tropical hops character. While well made, I am kinda bored of beers like these though, so rate it good, but not great.
