Description
We create everything from one-off experimental beers to a solid range of our favourite styles. There’s also a fair amount of dinosaurs (naturally) and retro video game references involved. We’re often at our Sneinton taproom, at various beer festivals, and obviously down the pub, so come and say Hi! Thank you for being on this journey with us and we hope you enjoy our beer as much as we enjoy making it!

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a thin but pleasing creamy sweetness. Light crisp pine. Light bright juicy citrus. Nice light tropical fruits and mild candy fruits. Light crisp finish brings a spot of hop spice. No idea what hops are in here. Neon Raptor taking a leaf out of the Cloudwater playbook. But, as with Cloudwater, the hops bring a lovely smorgasbord of citrus and tropical fruits, a little Mosaic candy fruits as well. Very crushable.

440ml can @ final beer tasting, Chez Sophie, Aug 24. Pours pitch black, deep tan head. Mostly chocolate aroma, light turkish delight impressions. Turkish delight is thankfully not too prominent to taste, there's an integrated element alongside slick chocolate, dark malt.. distant mint.. like it overall. No elements too imposing.

Monday 5th August 2024, the last Minutemat led Shrewsbury Beer Gathering, five guys, loads of beer and bollox. Cheers Mike for the Out Of Date 440ml can of this. Deep black body, tanned topping. Slight minty flavour within it's fairly sweet chocolate taste, didn't really get any Turkish Delight though. But I did find it interesting and boozy!
